Well, we had an amazing time. The photos on the website were good, but the real thing was even better! I was won over the moment I got out of the car, and had to walk through the almost ‘secret garden’ like short path to the house. As we opened up, and saw around, it was even better than the photos on the website. It really is beautifully decorated- in every room. Everything that we could need for the week was there. The rooms were a good size and the beds really comfortable. As for Maenporth estate – the facilities we used were great. My children loved the pool, and we loved the spa/sauna. Would we come back? Well as it really was the best self catering place we have ever stayed, in an incredibly beautiful part of the country- definitely.
