Maenporth Estate is made up of 90 privately owned holiday homes set in 29 acres of mature gardens and woodland, overlooking some of the most spectacular coastal views Falmouth has to offer. The estate is enjoyed by visitors from around the world.
Nestled between the Helford and Fal rivers, Maenporth Estate overlooks a sheltered sandy beach, enjoyed primarily by residents of the estate. As well as being within easy reach of Falmouth town centre, you’re never far from the South-West’s renowned coastal footpaths.
Our fantastic leisure facilities include all-weather tennis courts, heated indoor swimming pool, spa pool and a sauna. We also have a pool table and table tennis for your enjoyment. Our welcoming team are always on hand to provide quick and friendly assistance as well.
