We thoroughly enjoyed staying at 65 Lower Maen Cottages for our first family holiday with our seven-week-old daughter in September 2020. It was the perfect getaway as a young family, and we were lucky to also have my parents staying in the cottage next door. The cottage is beautifully decorated, spacious and clean and has all the kitchen amenities you need for cooking and hosting large groups. The on-site swimming pool and tennis courts were fantastic, and the grounds are beautiful. There was clearly great efforts and additional procedures that had been made re: COVID-19 which were very reassuring. With only being a few minutes’ walk from Maenporth beach and its beach shack and The Cove restaurant, it’s a fabulous location. Would recommend to families and we would stay again!
