We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. The cottage is light, bright, and very clean throughout. The owners have taken great care to tastefully decorate the cottage, with extremely comfy beds and sofas and there is plenty of storage. The kitchen has been carefully equipped with everything you could need. All the appliances are new, and the multi-function microwave was very handy. Both the showers were a joy to use. Such a treat to use a large, powerful shower with excellent water pressure, not something you often get in holiday cottages! The grounds are spectacular. Each morning we enjoyed the fantastic views along the short walk through the woods to the beach. It was great to be so close to Falmouth, the coastal path and the unspoilt Maenporth beach. We ended our stay with a delicious meal at the Cove restaurant, which is within walking distance. We used the on-site swimming pool, and the staff were extremely helpful, and we couldn’t have asked for a more friendly team. The best place we have stayed in Cornwall, and we are looking forward to going back next year!
