The Maenporth Estate is situated between the Fal and Helford Rivers, just off Maenporth Rd. Overlooking Maenporth Beach, you’ll have easy and quick access to picturesque walks, beautiful beaches, local attractions and, of course, Falmouth.
From A30, take the A39 towards Truro and follow the signs to Falmouth. Continue on the A39 until you reach a roundabout with a cannon and an anchor on it – take the second exit. Take the second exit at the next roundabout and then follow the road, continuing for about 1 mile until you reach a mini roundabout. Take the second exit and continue on for another mile until you reach Maenporth. Our entrance is to the left of The Cove restaurant.
