Mewstone has a dedicated parking space right outside, just steps away from the front door. The entrance hall leads to the twin bedroom and shower room with four stairs up to the family bathroom and master bedroom, which has views over the peaceful woodland from both front and side giving the room a still spacious atmosphere.
Stairs lead down to the open plan living room, where the comfortably furnished sitting area with two large sofas looks out to sheltered woodland. This refreshing open plan layout creates a desirable space for quality family time. There is a Smart TV for accessing Netflix, Freeview, YouTube and iPlayer. There is also a brand-new Bluetooth music tower. A well-stocked bookcase holds books, games, local maps, guidebooks, and tourist information, so even on rainy days there are things to keep everyone occupied. Adjacent to the living area sits a full-size dining table which comfortably seats the whole family.
Patio doors lead through to the conservatory which has relaxed armchairs and a smaller dining table and chairs. An expanse of floor to ceiling windows drape around the conservatory bringing natural light and stunning views of the glistening sunshine. A complete patio dining set sits outside the conservatory to enjoy on a Summer’s day when the patio doors can be thrown open to watch the sun falling through the woodland.
The kitchen area is fully equipped, and a full kitchen inventory is provided. This modern, light décor is perfect for family catering. This kitchen is well planned with fully integrated appliances, plenty of storage and a comprehensive inventory to make holiday catering a delight.
There is free Wi-Fi in the property, with beach toys, a wind break, outdoor games, and tennis rackets all available for you to use. There is also a hairdryer in this property. Outside is a private patio with a bench, table, and chairs, with lawns and trees beyond.
Cosy whatever time of year you visit, there are electric heaters in the living room and hallway, convector heaters in the bedrooms and towel rails and fan heaters in the bathroom and shower room.
Regrettably, guests are not permitted to bring dogs or pets of any kind to the property or site. However, owners are allowed to do so.
