Nestled in the corner of a secluded terrace of Maenporth Estate, 80 Nursery Cottages boasts both a sheltered garden and spectacular woodland views – perfect for a getaway to the coast with Maenporth beach a short distance away down the adjacent woodland walk. The Leisure Centre and BBQ area are a short stroll away, with the children’s playground and tennis/pickleball courts behind. Nestled between the maritime town of Falmouth and the unspoilt ravines of the Helford, Maenporth is a hidden gem in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Guests are asked to complete a property review shortly after they have finished their holiday. A review form is also available at reception and can be completed prior to departure.

This open plan, single storey property benefits from high ceilings and light flooding in through the surrounding patio doors making the open plan living area even more inviting on a warm summers evening.
There is parking outside in a designated parking area, just steps away from the front door. Two full sets of steps lead down to the property for access.
Upon entrance, the hall leads to the two bedrooms, kitchen, and open plan living area beyond. The inner hallway leads to both the master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower room, and the second bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms are treated with French doors also allowing easy access to the gardens, or to watch the sunrise and peaceful surrounds. The family bathroom (bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin) sits between the bedrooms and the living room.
Just a few shallow steps down sits the open plan living area with a fresh, wooden interior and homely impression. Here there are two large comfortable sofas, and substantial dining area with seating for everyone. A Smart TV and DVD player are both provided for entertainment for all ages and weather. Patio doors open out onto the private garden where there is an outdoor dining set for four, giving you the option to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine with lawns and trees beyond which wrap around the property. With 2 outdoor seating and patio areas, you are sure to catch the sunshine as it rises and sets. 80 Nursery Cottages also comes with free Wi-Fi for you to enjoy.
The newly refurbished kitchen for the 2022 season is well planned with fully integrated appliances, plenty of storage and a comprehensive inventory to make holiday catering a delight. With a contemporary style, the modern refit is a brilliant addition to this property with now the extra addition of a breakfast bar, making it a great space to sit and enjoy with the family.
There is electric heating and heated towel rails in the bathroom and shower room, so you’ll be warm and comfortable at any time of year.

Regrettably, guests are not permitted to bring dogs or pets of any kind to the property or site. However, owners are allowed to do so.
