This delightful, semi-detached holiday home is quietly positioned within the beautiful Maenporth Estate, enjoying gentle views across landscaped gardens towards the woodland beyond. Stylishly presented, exceptionally comfortable, and extremely well equipped, it offers a wonderful base for families or friends to relax and explore the Cornish coast. The Leisure Centre and BBQ area are just a short stroll away, with the tennis/pickleball courts and children’s play area beyond.
Our holiday homes are independently assessed every year. We market 3* or higher accommodation and actively encourage continuous improvement.
Guests are asked to complete a property review shortly after they have finished their holiday. A review form is also available at reception and can be completed prior to departure.
All guest comments are sent to an independent assessor and your views are also passed on to the owner.
A dedicated parking space sits conveniently right outside the front door. Stepping inside, the entrance hall opens to the light and spacious open-plan living area, thoughtfully designed for comfort and togetherness. The sitting area is furnished with a large sofa facing towards the private patio and greenery beyond, creating a perfect setting for unwinding after a day on the beach. A Smart TV offers access to Netflix, Freeview, YouTube, and iPlayer.
The full-size dining table comfortably seats the whole family and sits adjacent to the modern, fully equipped kitchen. With integrated appliances, generous storage, and a complete inventory of kitchenware, preparing meals here is a pleasure. From the dining area, doors open to the patio area with communal lawns, which provides an inviting space to relax in and enjoy casual meals at the smaller table offering peaceful views of the surrounding greenery. The private patio outside is perfect for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the Cornish sunshine.
Also on the ground floor is a convenient shower room with WC and basin.
A full flight of stairs leads up to the three bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and enjoys views across the woodland, while the twin bedroom and single room are bright, restful spaces perfect for both adults and children. The family bathroom includes a bath with fitted shower, WC, and basin.
Throughout the property, free Wi-Fi is provided. The cottage is cosy all year round, with electric storage heaters in the living areas, panel heaters in the bedrooms, and a heated towel rails in the bathroom.
Regrettably, this property and the Maenporth Estate do not permit dogs or pets of any kind. However, Owners are able to bring their dogs.
