Tastefully updated and recently refurbished, this gorgeous holiday home is a coastal delight with new furnishings, fittings and a relaxing maritime colour scheme to ease you into the holiday mode. The sociable open plan ground floor has doors out to a hedge-lined patio and lawn with views towards the sea. Accommodating six in three bedrooms, this property is ideal for larger families and couples alike. The Leisure Centre, BBQ area, tennis/pickleball courts and children’s play area are just across the way, with sandy Maenporth Beach a short walk down the hill.
Our holiday homes are independently assessed every year. We market 3* or higher accommodation and actively encourage continuous improvement.
Guests are asked to complete a property review shortly after they have finished their holiday. A review form is also available at reception and can be completed prior to departure.

47 Upper Stables has been beautifully and comprehensively updated with a newly remodelled kitchen, shower room and bathroom, both with underfloor heating. Decorated throughout in white and maritime blues with pops of sunshine yellow, texture is added with throws, cushions and rugs while coastal photography and artwork decorate the walls. There is an entrance hall with space for coats, shoes, buckets and spades, and a ground floor shower room which is great for rinsing sandy children after a day at the beach.
The open plan living accommodation has a fully fitted kitchen area with all new appliances, a dining area with four chairs with a bench providing extra seating for 6 people, and a light-filled sitting area with two large comfortable sofas. There are floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to a private patio, with views of the sea. A Smart TV and sound bar provide entertainment for all ages, and there are books to browse.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a sea view and a king size bed from where you can watch some wonderful sunrises. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and bedroom 3 has full size bunk beds – although a compact room best for children, this could be used for older teens and agile adults. Comfortable mattresses, new blackout curtain linings and new luxurious just like feather and down pillows are provided in each bedroom to ensure a great night’s sleep for all. The family bathroom has a bath with a fitted shower above.
There is full electric heating throughout and heated towel rails in the bathroom and shower room, so this is a toasty retreat at any time of year.
Outside, there is parking at the front of the property just a short walk away from the front door. To the rear, the patio has a table with a parasol stored in the outside store cupboard and seating for four to eight people – a great place for morning coffee and outdoor meals.

Regrettably, guests are not permitted to bring dogs or pets of any kind to the property or site. However, owners are allowed to do so.
47 Upper Stables provides a stairgate, travel cot, highchair and bed rail. Please contact the Estate if you would like to use these items. Please note, bed linen will not be provided for the travel cot.
