It is our tenth year coming to Maenporth but first time staying at 46 Upper Stables and we have enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The property is beautiful and so well equipped, especially the kitchen. We didn’t have the best of weather this week but it didn’t stop us from going out and exploring, bike rides and lovely walks. Thank you for the well-equipped kitchen that made cooking quite an easy and relaxing experience. We cannot wait to come back to Maenporth next year.

Arriving from a home mid-renovation, we found this space immediately relaxing. The pool was enjoyed daily. The proximity of the beach was excellent with small children and the garden just outside was perfect for water gun fights. The house itself is beautiful, decorated as a lovely home rather than with the cheapness of many holiday rentals. The kitchen especially was a very calming space to cook. We had a wonderful time – many thanks.

We stayed on the Maenporth Estate for ten days in early September 2023, enjoying the heat wave the whole Country was experiencing. To say our stay was idyllic is an understatement! The location of this property is tranquil, private, and very comfortable. The outdoor space with a seating area is a bonus, allowing guests to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and a cool evening drink in peace with the sound of the sea in the background. It is not often you can say 'everything works' in holiday accommodation. In this case, everything does work, and the kitchen is beautifully maintained. Appliances have been installed to ensure maximum efficiency and we used the newly refurbished kitchen on many occasions during our stay. The property is airy and tastefully decorated and with the added luxury of a downstairs shower and toilet as well as a well-equipped family bathroom, upstairs. Bedrooms are spacious and well-proportioned with the master bedroom having a view of the sea which at night, is lit up with fishing boats and cruisers. Well maintained gardens and mature trees on the estate enhance the feeling of being in a Cornish Sea garden with an easy walk to the beach along a woodland path. We especially appreciated the subtle presence of staff at the Reception and Leisure Centre who were friendly and very helpful during our stay. The owners of this gem clearly love and respect their property and are keen that anyone who visits, enjoys the same experience! Thank you for a memorable holiday and we will return!

Another fantastic stay at Maenporth! We love it here. Beautiful, comfortable house with gorgeous new kitchen and bathroom. Spotlessly clean and welcoming. Brilliant base to explore Falmouth and the South coast. We’ve discovered some little gems. Love Maenporth Cove – perfect for relaxation. It really hurts going home. Enjoy every minute here. Massive thanks for letting us stay again.

Thank you for letting us use your well-appointed house. Very well equipped. This is our twelfth stay at Maenporth Estate, and it is fantastic to have the pool, table tennis, swimming pool etc as it rained on and off nearly every day and survived storm Noa, but it didn’t stop us all going out and having a great time. Once again thank you and I am sure we will be back next year!

A lovely, well-equipped and well-located holiday home! Trips out to St Michael’s Mount, Glendurgan, East Pool Mine, Cornish Seal Sanctuary, and of course Maenporth beach, including hiring two SUP boards. Only rained one day! A great Easter break!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house, location and weather have been perfect. We’ve made good use of the pool, spa, and games equipment. Having the beach at the end of the Estate was great, we even hired some kayaks which was great fun! Sad to be leaving but would come back again anytime.

We had a fabulous week and would love to return one day in the future. The house was perfect and had everything we needed both inside the house and things for a beach day. We made good use of the facilities you offer, from the pool, spa, tennis courts, pool table and table tennis. Your staff were always friendly and helpful. The new kitchen and bathrooms were very much appreciated.

We had a lovely time staying at 46 Upper Stables. The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. As for the Estate, we didn’t get round to using the Leisure Centre but it all looked good. No complaints and would recommend to anyone to visit.

We thought the property was wonderful, very clean, comfortable with everything you could have wished for made available – a home from home. We thought that the Estate was peaceful and quiet, beautifully maintained and we loved the access to the beach.

We had another great trip. The weather was not the best but we had loads to do. We went to St Michael's Mount, and surfed at St Ives and Perranporth! We used the swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts lots. It is such a beautiful place. Thank you for allowing us to come back!

We want to move to Falmouth already! There's plenty to do and lots to see; from Pendennis Point having the best ice cream in Cornwall to chasing seagulls away and listening to live music at Gyllyngvase beach. The little things made the holiday, such as eating fish and chips by the sea and trying a Cornish pasty! We highly recommend getting lost in this amazing seaside town!
