Guests are asked to complete a property review shortly after they have finished their holiday. A review form is also available at reception and can be completed prior to departure. All guest comments are sent to an independent assessor and your views are also passed on to the owner.
There is easy access from the parking area into a communal hallway, then into this three-bedroom property’s own private hallway. Here, the updated ground floor shower room is useful when returning from the pool or beach. The sitting and dining areas are set before the views with the newly refurbished kitchen area to the rear, providing everything you need for holiday letting.
Pale wood-effect flooring throughout the ground floor and light carpets on the stairs and first floor add to the light, bright feel. Soft, fresh colours are used throughout the cottage, and Wi-Fi, a Panasonic TV with DVD player and books and games are included for your use.
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom has two big windows framing the sea views. There is a TV in the master bedroom. The second bedroom is a relaxing twin room, and the third bedroom is a compact and stylish single. The family bathroom has been updated and is very well presented, with a shower over the bath.
Full electric heating is available throughout the year, making this a perfect year-round holiday destination.
Regrettably, guests are not permitted to bring dogs or pets of any kind to the property or site. However, owners are allowed to do so.
