This wonderful sea-facing apartment has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and redecoration. Expansive sea and coastal views are coupled with luxurious, pared-back interior décor and soft furnishings, making this is a superb holiday home for those looking for contemporary style and comfort. The outside patio area is furnished with high quality garden furniture and there is also beach equipment provided for guests’ use.
Our holiday homes are independently assessed every year. We market 3* or higher accommodation and actively encourage continuous improvement.
Guests are asked to complete a property review shortly after they have finished their holiday. A review form is also available at reception and can be completed prior to departure.
All guest comments are sent to an independent assessor and your views are also passed on to the owner.
3 The Ridges is a split-level apartment, with an open plan living area offering superb, uninterrupted views of Maenporth Cove and Falmouth Bay. With a new heating system, double-glazed patio doors, lighting, carpets and complete redecoration throughout, it is light and bright.
There is a fully fitted kitchen area, a dining area, and a comfortable sitting area with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Netflix, ensuring everybody’s needs are met. Patio doors lead out to a small private balcony, complete with a high table and chairs so you can sit and drink in the fabulous views over Maenporth beach and the surrounding coast. Stairs lead down to the two bedrooms on the lower ground floor, both of which have Freeview TVs and doors out to a large, sheltered patio and lawns looking out to the beach and Falmouth Bay beyond. The master bedroom has a king size bed and recently upgraded en-suite shower room with a big walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and is adjacent to the family bathroom which offers both a bath and a fitted shower above.
Full electric heating is provided.
Regrettably, guests are not permitted to bring dogs or pets of any kind to the property or site. However, owners can do so.
Stairgates, a highchair and cot are available in this property. (Please bring your own bed linen for the cot.)
