Patio doors lead out to a small private balcony, complete with a high table and chairs so you can sit and drink in the fabulous views over Maenporth beach and the surrounding coast. Stairs lead down to the two bedrooms on the lower ground floor, both of which have Freeview TVs and doors out to a large, sheltered patio and lawns looking out to the beach and Falmouth Bay beyond. The master bedroom has a king size bed and recently upgraded en-suite shower room with a big walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and is adjacent to the family bathroom which offers both a bath and a fitted shower above.

Regrettably, guests are not permitted to bring dogs or pets of any kind to the property or site. However, owners can do so.

Stairgates, a highchair and cot are available in this property. (Please bring your own bed linen for the cot.)
