This lovingly updated mid-terrace property offers comfortable, contemporary accommodation, decorated throughout in soft tones of cream and blue to reflect its wonderful coastal location. Set in the centre of Maenporth Estate’s landscaped grounds, everything is on hand with the Leisure Centre, BBQ area, and tennis/pickleball courts. The children’s play area is just a short stroll away, with the sandy beach at Maenporth Cove just down the hill.
Our holiday homes are independently assessed every year. We market 3* or higher accommodation and actively encourage continuous improvement.
Guests are asked to complete a property review shortly after they have finished their holiday. A review form is also available at reception and can be completed prior to departure.
All guest comments are sent to an independent assessor and your views are also passed on to the owner.
There is parking right outside, close to the front door. The entrance hall has space for coats and beach gear. There is the addition of a useful shower room as you enter. With driftwood-style laminate flooring throughout the ground floor, it’s easy to keep the property tidy. The open plan living room has a TV and DVD player, with books and games provided for guests to use. Comfortable sofas face patio doors which lead out to a private patio.
Coastal art prints, lampshades and cushions from renowned Falmouth interiors shop Cream Cornwall add a stylish local touch. The dining area is next to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with integrated appliances, plenty of work surface and storage and a full inventory of kitchen equipment.
Upstairs, bedroom 1 has a double bed and sea glimpses, and bedroom 2 has twin beds. The family bathroom has a bath with fitted shower above.
Outside, a table and chairs on the patio provides an outdoor eating option in sunny weather, or a great spot for sundowner drinks.
There is electric heating throughout the property with storage heaters downstairs and wall heaters in the bedrooms. The bathroom and shower room both have heated towel rails.
Regrettably, guests are not permitted to bring dogs or pets of any kind to the property or site. However, owners are allowed to do so.
