Set amid spectacular Monterey pines and conveniently close to the Leisure Centre and outdoor facilities, there are views over lawns to the coastline and sea at Maenporth Cove. Offering cleverly flexible family accommodation, this outstanding cottage is available with either two or three bedrooms making it perfect for families of all sizes.
Our holiday homes are independently assessed every year. We market 3* or higher accommodation and actively encourage continuous improvement.
Guests are asked to complete a property review shortly after they have finished their holiday. A review form is also available at reception and can be completed prior to departure.
All guest comments are sent to an independent assessor and your views are also passed on to the owner.
60 Monterey Cottages is an outstanding holiday home, beautifully styled and wonderfully comfortable. The open plan accommodation on the ground floor offers a large living/dining area including a Smart TV with access to the full Sky package, inclusive of Movies, Sport, Kids channels and Netflix. The full range of TNT Sports (formerly BT Sports) is also available. French doors open onto a private patio, equipped with a large table and seating for six.
A barbecue is also provided for the use of guests. The property offers a well-equipped kitchen with everything required for family holiday catering. There is a useful cloakroom which incorporates a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed. The bedroom opens onto a newly-decorated bathroom (not an ensuite shower room). The master bedroom also benefits from access to the full TV package available in the living room, as described above. The second bedroom is beautifully decorated and contains twin beds, which can be made into a king if required and plenty of storage. The third bedroom is cleverly designed with twin beds and a TV. The first floor also offers a large, newly-decorated family shower room. The property has free superfast broadband available to guests.
Outside, there is a private patio area, large expanses of communal lawn, and parking nearby.
Regrettably, guests are not permitted to bring dogs or pets of any kind to the property or site. However, owners are allowed to do so.
