Found in a quiet setting close to the Leisure Centre, this beautifully presented cottage offers excellent quality family holiday accommodation. There are wonderful views over lawns to the sea, and sandy Maenporth Cove is just a five-minute stroll away. Recently refurbished and decorated throughout to an exacting standard, this stylish three-bedroom cottage is the perfect place for enjoying a spot of holiday luxury.
Our holiday homes are independently assessed every year. We market 3* or higher accommodation and actively encourage continuous improvement.
Guests are asked to complete a property review shortly after they have finished their holiday. A review form is also available at reception and can be completed prior to departure.
All guest comments are sent to an independent assessor and your views are also passed on to the owner.
A short path leads from the parking area to 59 Monterey Cottages, where the entrance hallway leads to a ground floor cloakroom and light-filled open plan living room. The sitting and dining areas face out over communal lawns, with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors leading out to a private patio with wonderful views through the Monterey pines to the sea. This makes the perfect place for morning coffee or evening meals in sunny weather.
The kitchen area is spacious and well presented, with everything provided for easy holiday catering, including a new induction hob. There is lovely artwork throughout the cottage, free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Freeview, iPlayer and YouTube, catering for all ages and tastes.
There are three beautifully decorated bedrooms upstairs, ideal for larger families. The master bedroom shares the sea views- a wonderful sight to awaken to each morning! It has a king-size bed and an updated ensuite shower room with a big shower cubicle and drench-head shower. There is a TV in this bedroom also. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with access to a TV, and Bedroom 3 is a compact, stylish twin room also. The updated family bathroom has a bath with fitted shower above.
Full electric heating is available throughout the year, making this a perfect year-round holiday destination.
Regrettably, guests are not permitted to bring dogs or pets of any kind to the property or site. However, owners are allowed to do so.
A cot, highchair and stairgates are provided in this property. A bedguard is also available. Please note a mattress or bed linen will not be provided for the travel cot.
