With the benefit of both the open gardens and uninterrupted views of Maenporth Beach, 31 Lower Stables is in a great location. There are glorious sea views from this apartment, with a sea-facing patio from which to enjoy the sights on sunny Summer days. Set in the idyllic location on the Estate, this property is perfect for a short walk down to the beach, or stroll across the landscaped grounds to the Leisure Centre, BBQ area, tennis/pickleball courts and children’s play area.

Quality Standard

Our holiday homes are independently assessed every year. We market 3* or higher accommodation and actively encourage continuous improvement.

Guests are asked to complete a property review shortly after they have finished their holiday. A review form is also available at reception and can be completed prior to departure. All guest comments are sent to an independent assessor and your views are also passed on to the owner.

Additional Information

Upon entrance, this apartment is accessed through stairs leading down to the property where there is a hallway that has plenty of space for coats and shoes. Before entering the open plan living area, a useful utility cupboard is located in the hallway housing a washer dryer and housekeeping basics.

The living space is home to floor to ceiling windows which are perfect to view the continuous scenes of Maenporth Beach and nearby coves. The sitting area has two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The dining area is set before a window so you can see the sea while eating, and the spacious kitchen area has an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and all the equipment you need for family catering. The outdoor seating offers a great opportunity to enjoy the sunrise outside with the family on a warm Summer’s day.

Bedroom 1 offers plenty of space with patio doors leading out to the landscaped grounds with an ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds ideal for both adults and children alike.

Regrettably, guests are not permitted to bring dogs or pets of any kind to the property or site. However, owners are allowed to do so.

Where do we start! What an amazing time we had staying here. Spectacular sunrises, bats and birds at sundown, the fantastic facilities, everything you could possibly need in the accommodation. Utterly brilliant! We had an amazing week staying at 31 Lower Stables, the accommodation was generally excellent. The facilities and the location were both outstanding, so much so, we are considering returning next year. Thank you for your hospitality.
