Furnished with all the home comforts you’ll need; (including an ensuite in the master bedroom) this deceivingly compact apartment is a great way to spend some quality family time. The Leisure Centre is a 2-minute walk away with access to heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and games lounge- perfect for parents and children alike during a classic Summer Cornish visit or short Winter break.
The comfortable lounge is well equipped with a Smart TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, Bluetooth Sound Bar, Vinyl turntable and vinyl records to play. This property has received recent upgrades to include new electric heaters throughout keeping the rooms warm and toasty especially when required in the Winter.
From the lounge, a hallway leads to the master bedroom with a king-size bed and window overlooking the private patio. This master bedroom leads to a recently refurbished ensuite with walk-in power shower in natural stone. The twin bedroom has French doors opening onto the private patio. The twin beds can be zip-linked to form a king-sized bed offering greater flexibility for up to 4 adult guests. Please specify how you would like the beds arranged when you book. This property also has a hairdryer.
Opposite the twin room, just off the hallway, is a recently refurbished bathroom with heated towel rail, shower-bath and screen in natural stone.
The kitchen-diner has all mod cons, plenty of storage including a full-size freezer and games cupboard. There is also a dishwasher, oven with electric hob and microwave. This kitchen area has been fully refurbished ready for the 2023 season.
Outside, the private patio is completely sheltered with a round table and chairs to enjoy the afternoon sunshine.
Regrettably, guests are not permitted to bring dogs or pets of any kind to the property or site. However, owners can do so.
A handysit highchair (for up to 2 years old) is available along with a travel cot. Please note a mattress or bed linen are not provided for the travel cot.
