The Leisure Centre and BBQ area are a short stroll away, with the children’s playground and tennis/pickleball courts behind.
Our holiday homes are independently assessed every year. We market 3* or higher accommodation and actively encourage continuous improvement.
Guests are asked to complete a property review shortly after they have finished their holiday. A review form is also available at reception and can be completed prior to departure.

This spacious three-bedroom property offers families of up to five people great flexibility with their holiday accommodation. There is parking outside in a designated parking area, just steps away from the front door. One full set of steps lead down to the property for access from the car park.
Upon entrance you are greeted with a downstairs shower room with WC and basin – perfect for washing off sandy feet from days spent at Maenporth beach! Along the entrance hallway sits a utility cupboard casing the essentials such as a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. There is a compact cupboard further along – perfect for housing coats and shoes after a day out. The owners kindly provide a variety of beach items to make the most of in the outside store.
There is a short walkway to the open plan living room housing a Smart TV which provides entertainment whatever the Cornish weather brings. There is a DVD player for guests to use with an array of films on offer. This is accompanied by a Bluetooth speaker that can also be found in the lounge. A selection of board games and books can be found stored in the living room, perfect for the whole family. Two full sized comfortable sofas allow a great place to wind down in the evening, complete with matching soft furnishings and nods to a modern coastal inspired palette, bringing a touch of sophistication to a convenient holiday cottage. 77 Nursery Cottages also comes with free Wi-Fi for you to enjoy.
Adjacent to the living area sits a large dining table seating up to six, giving the opportunity for sociable evenings and family mealtimes together on holiday.
Patio doors open out onto the private garden where there is an outdoor seating set for six. Evening sunsets are captured in this quiet garden space, providing a great place to relax, unwind and admire the well-maintained established greenery that lays beyond the impressive trees.
The open plan kitchen is well designed with fully integrated appliances, induction hob, plenty of storage and a comprehensive inventory to make holiday catering a delight. Nespresso coffee machine can be found in the kitchen. Please note pods are not always available. The open space displays new worktops and cabinets, adding a luxury feel to the self-catered cottage. The spacious area is ideal for larger families visiting and is a joy to use.
A full-size staircase leads upstairs to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe space and the value of views out to the peaceful natural surrounds. This bedroom benefits from the addition of a small TV. Bedroom two offers twin beds with hanging space, and the third bedroom has a single bed with plenty of storage. The family bathroom (bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin) sits between the bedrooms.
There is electric heating and heated towel rails in the bathroom and shower room, so you’ll be warm and comfortable at any time of year.
With the beach in walking distance from all properties and enjoyed by visitors from around the world; Maenporth is the perfect place for a Cornish holiday.
A cot is available in this property. Please note bed linen and a mattress are not provided for the travel cot. A highchair is also available to use.
Regrettably, guests are not permitted to bring dogs or pets of any kind to the site or property. This is however permitted for the owners.
