Sheltered in a peaceful row of terraced houses, 79 Nursery Cottages enjoys the protected view of Maenporth’s impressive woodland – perfect for a private family holiday with soothing views out over lawns to the sheltering trees beyond. This property is a great base for your family adventures and only a stone’s throw from Maenporth beach. The Leisure Centre and BBQ area are a short stroll away, with the children’s playground and tennis courts behind.

Set on the South coast of Cornwall, the unique location of Maenporth is perfect for a peaceful family trip to get to know the untouched Cornish coast. This spacious three-bedroom property offers family great flexibility with their holiday accommodation. There is parking outside in a designated parking area, just steps away from the front door. Two full sets of steps lead down to the property for access.
Upon entrance there is a short walkway to the living area where there is both a large dining table seating six, and comfortable sofa with two individual armchairs looking towards the Smart TV, providing entertainment whatever the weather. There is also a new Amazon Echo system to enjoy too. Patio doors open out onto the private garden where there is an outdoor dining set for six. Along the hallway there is both a shower room with WC and basin and a utility cupboard housing the essentials such as a washer dryer.
The open plan kitchen is well planned with fully integrated appliances including dishwasher and microwave, plenty of storage and a comprehensive inventory to make holiday catering a delight. The spacious area is ideal for larger families visiting and is a joy to use.
A full-size staircase leads upstairs to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with views out to the peaceful surrounds. Bedroom two offers twin beds and the third bedroom has full sized bunk beds and plenty of storage. The family bathroom (bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin) sits between the bedrooms.
With the beach in walking distance from all properties, you’re never too far from the crash of a wave or glisten of Summer sunshine on the sand. Coastline to the East and West offer protection from the wind and waves making Maenporth a great place to paddle, swim and enjoy the water safely.
There is electric heating and heated towel rails in the bathroom and shower room, so you’ll be warm and comfortable at any time of year.

Regrettably, guests are not permitted to bring dogs or pets of any kind to the property or site. However, owners are allowed to do so.
